A joint investigation over several months has resulted in the arrest of eight people.
According to a press release, members of the Warner Robins Police Department, Houston County Sheriff’s Office, and Byron Police Department executed seven drug related search warrants in Warner Robins, Kathleen, Bonaire and Macon. The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office assisted with one warrant in Bibb County.
The release states Michael Hammond, 34, of Warner Robins; Kenneth O’Neal, 43, of Warner Robins; Cassandra Hearn, 40, of Macon; Laura Hill, 34, of Warner Robins; Trevor Jefferson, 21, of Warner Robins; Larry Dover, 40, of Kathleen; Kelsey Kitchens, 19, of Bonaire; and Zachary Kitchens, 20, of Bonaire were arrested Tuesday.
Each person was charged with conspiracy or attempt to violate the Georgia Controlled Substance law.
An undisclosed amount of cash, marijuana, vehicles and firearms were seized.
Tabitha Pugh, the spokeswoman for the Warner Robins Police Department, said more arrests are expected.
